Kick-off Meeting in Austria (Radfeld)

Besi was happy to host the first meeting with all consortium partners at its premises in Radfeld, Tirol. Besides enjoying the mountains, important decisions regarding the demonstrators were made (who will do what,) and every Work Package presented their detailed plan for the upcoming 6 months to the rest of the consortium. The partners took the opportunity to visit the Besi’s cleanroom and hybrid bonding equipment.
